Your recording is not a record.

Every other AI phone agent ends a call by handing you audio and leaving the typing to you. VoiceLi ends a call by writing the contact, filling the fields, scoring the lead, attaching the note and firing whatever was supposed to happen next.

The problem, named properly

Nobody has time to listen to yesterday’s calls

A transcript is a receipt. It proves a conversation happened and tells you nothing you can act on without reading it.

So the useful information — the caller’s budget, the model of their unit, the fact they are getting three quotes and deciding Friday — sits in an audio file nobody opens. It never reaches the CRM. It never reaches the person who follows up.

The gap is not in answering the phone. Plenty of companies can answer your phone. The gap is between the end of the conversation and the moment the information becomes usable, and almost nobody is working on it.

The field map

One service call. Twelve fields. Nobody typing.

Here is a real call, and here is what lands in your CRM before the caller has put their phone down.

And because urgency is set during the call rather than after it, the emergency routing has already happened by the time you read this.

Not duplicates

It knows who it is talking to

KNOWN

A number you already have

Greets them by name, sees their last three jobs, skips what you already know. The existing record is updated — nothing duplicated.

NEW

A number you don’t

A new contact with everything the conversation produced, tagged with where the call came from and which agent handled it.

AMBIGUOUS

A number in two places

Matching runs on phone, then email, then name and address, and flags a probable duplicate for review rather than guessing. You get told, not surprised.

Your schema

Define what you want captured

Most CRM integrations write to a fixed set of fields somebody else decided on. Yours are your own.

A roofing company captures roof pitch, storey count and insurance-claim status. A law firm captures matter type, opposing party and a conflict-check flag. A med spa captures the treatment enquired about and whether they have been in before.

You describe the field. You say what should fill it. The agent asks naturally when it needs to — and leaves it blank rather than inventing something when the caller does not say.

An empty field is honest. A guessed field is a support ticket.

Scoring and routing

Hot leads do not wait in a queue

Forty calls came in. Six were worth something. The other thirty-four were existing customers, wrong numbers and somebody selling toner.

Every call comes out with a score built from the signals that predict revenue in your business — urgency, how much they had already decided, what they asked about, whether they had been quoted, how they found you, how it ended.

The score is not a vanity metric. It decides what happens next. When a call clears your threshold, somebody finds out immediately — on their phone, with the caller’s name, what they want, and a one-line reason it scored the way it did. The alternative is a salesperson discovering a hot lead in a report on Thursday.

Questions

Asked and answered

What exactly gets written into my CRM after a call?

The field map above shows a real example. Which fields exist is up to you — you describe them, and the agent fills them when the caller says something that belongs there.

Does it create a duplicate if the caller is already in my CRM?

No. Matching runs on phone, then email, then name and address. A probable duplicate is flagged for review rather than merged silently.

Can it fill in my own custom fields?

Yes, and it leaves them blank rather than guessing when the caller does not say. An empty field is honest; a guessed one becomes a support ticket.

What if the AI mishears something?

Every field links back to the moment in the transcript it came from, so anything can be checked and corrected in one click.

Do I still get the recording and transcript?

Both, attached to the record rather than sitting in a separate inbox.

Which CRMs does it write to?

HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Zoho directly, plus your calendar and job system. If the system you run your business on is not on the list, we will connect it.

How is the lead score calculated?

From the signals that predict revenue in your business — urgency, how decided they were, what they asked about, whether they had been quoted, how they found you, and how the call ended. It drives routing, not just reporting.
